Talks and posters

Talks

  • Each session is 75 minutes and usually has 4 or 5 speakers. That means that each speaker has 18 minutes (in case there are 4 speakers in the session) or 15 minutes (in case there are 5 speakers in the session), including time for discussion.
  • It is not possible to use one´s own laptop for talks.
  • Please bring your presentation (.ppt or .pptx or .pdf) on an USB-Stick to the conference room where your talk takes place. Be there in good time (at least 15 minutes before the session starts)
  • We make sure that all talks will be streamed online. The links to each session will be available in the final program. The talks will not be recorded.

Posters

  • To be allowed to have your poster shown at the Conference, at least one author needs to register to ICEP 2023, bringing a hard copy of the poster.
  • Posters should be printed in A0 upright (portrait) 841 x 1189mm (33.11 × 46.81in) and brought in printed form. You will receive further information on where to hang your poster before the conference.
  • If you are unable to print your poster, we offer a printing service for a fee. Please reach out to Karolina in May: karolina.scigala@psy.au.dk
  • If your poster has been accepted for an online presentation, please register for the "Virtual Listener Fee with Poster Printing Service Included". We will print your poster and hang it during one of the poster sessions. You will receive more information regarding this a few weeks before the conference.
