Abstract submission for oral papers, posters and symposia opens October 15, 2022.

Symposia and abstract submission extended deadline: January 15, 2023

Submission guidelines

Submission guidelines:
After having created your account on the submission platform, you will be able to submit your abstract.
Maximum length of the abstract: 250 words

In case you wish to propose a symposium, please email the proposal to icep2023@au.dk . Please include:

  • title, abstract and convenor(s) of the symposium (name, surname, affiliation and email address);
  • title, abstract, list of authors (names, surnames, affiliations and email addresses) and presenting author of each symposium paper.
  • Each author needs to also submit their individual abstract independently, and note that it is part of the symposium. Each presenting author also needs to register independently for the conference.

Number of presentations per registration

Each registered author can present a maximum of one abstract. There is no limit on how many times a person is listed as a co-author on submitted abstracts.
